How long will it take for me to be matched with the one?
Once you submit your criteria, we may conduct a quick background check -no worries, this is to verify basic information such as your name and marital status- we will then guaranty you a number of date every month until you find the one.
What if I don't like the person I got introduced to?
No problem! We will continue to provide you with new dates until you find the one.
Is there any follow-up after each matchmaking and/or date?
You better believe it! Your match and you will separately fill out a feedback form after each date to help us understand what went right and what didn't, so that we can use the information to refine your next match for a better experience.
